Athletics is a key dimension of our holistic approach to education, and coaches are expected to be positive role models, formators of character, and active contributors to the spiritual life of the school.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all facets of the Girls Golf program, including practice planning, instruction, and match-day coaching.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive team culture grounded in mutual respect, accountability, and personal growth.
- Serve as a role model and faith companion, encouraging reflection, leadership, and service among team members.
- Collaborate with Athletic Department staff to manage scheduling, transportation, communications, and compliance.
- Build strong relationships with student-athletes and their families, maintaining open, professional communication.
- Promote Regis Jesuit’s mission through personal integrity and active engagement in school life.
Qualifications
Required:- Coaching experience in golf (high school, club, college, or beyond).
- Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to the mission of Jesuit education and the development of student-athletes as whole persons.
- Ability to foster a culture of excellence, sportsmanship, and faith-centered leadership.
- Experience working in Catholic or mission-driven educational settings.
- Familiarity with Jesuit spirituality, particularly the principle of Cura Personalis (care for the whole person).
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to contribute to broader school programs, retreats, or community engagement.
